Legal Officer

About the role

UsKit Properties Inc. is looking for a highly professional Legal Officer to safeguard the company’s legal interests and support business functions across its property development projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliance and effective contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, evaluate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide legal advice and practical guidance to internal departments and management.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, permits, licenses, and statutory filings.
• Monitor legal risks and recommend actions to protect company interests.
• Maintain organized, confidential legal records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal studies, J.D. or related field.
• Bar passer preferred; relevant legal practice experience considered.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate, real estate, or commercial law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
