About the role
The Legal Counsel will join Jollibee Group’s Philippine legal team, providing corporate housekeeping, labor and employment support, contract drafting and review, compliance management, and advice on commercial transactions for assigned business units and brands.
Key responsibilities
- Handle assigned legal practice areas based on specific projects and business requirements.
- Provide legal support to business units, support services, and functions, including operational and project‑related matters.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of legal practice in a top‑tier law firm or company.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong background in corporate matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
