About the role
The Legal Officer will provide legal consulting and support SMGP’s operations, handling corporate housekeeping, business law, and contract matters on site in Pasig.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal consulting across corporate, labor, and commercial matters.
- Manage corporate housekeeping and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle business law issues and advise on commercial transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Support other legal‑related tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor) with a focus on corporate, labor, or commercial law.
- Passed the Philippine Bar Examination.
- Minimum six years of experience in corporate housekeeping, contracts management, and legal consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and attention to detail.
