About the role
We are seeking a Learning Transformation Lead to design and scale global learning strategies that align with business objectives. The role will drive leadership, functional, and digital capability programs while partnering with senior leaders to embed learning into organizational transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and scale global learning strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build leadership, functional, and digital capability programs.
- Drive organizational transformation through targeted learning interventions.
- Measure learning impact using data, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
- Lead the development of modern learning platforms and immersive learning experiences.
Required profile
- 3–7+ years of experience in learning, talent development, or consulting.
- Strong background in L&D strategy and capability building.
- Experience in organizational development or transformation.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and large, cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
