Learning Interactions Expert

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a Learning Interactions Expert in Pasig to create interactive, engaging self-paced learning content. The role replaces traditional classroom training with personalized, on-demand learning ecosystems, developing instructional media tailored to different learning styles and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advanced learning peripherals such as guided tool simulations, interactive lessons and assessments, instructional videos and game-based courses.
• Coordinate with the LX Design Team to develop and implement learning experiences that target desired learning outcomes.
• Use graphics, video and course authoring software to build visually appealing instructional media while applying visual design principles.
• Meet project timelines set by the project lead or manager and contribute to learning outcomes measured by Kirkpatrick's Levels 1 to 3.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent (not required).
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in a related field.
• Experience developing instructional materials.
• Training delivery experience is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Creating static and motion graphics with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Edge Animate).
• Developing instructional media with an e-learning authoring tool (Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline preferred).
• Solid grasp of visual design principles.
• Familiarity with Bloom's Taxonomy, the ADDIE model, Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction and Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning is a plus.
• Ability to learn new software and hardware quickly; a background in computer programming is a plus.
