About the role
The Leadman/Foreman is responsible for supervising on‑site workers and ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project plans. This role works closely with the Site Engineer and Project Manager to align daily tasks with drawings and specifications. Strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and proper use of tools and materials.
- Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager.
- Report daily progress and site issues.
- Maintain discipline and safe work practices on site.
