Lead Solutions Engineer

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to guide enterprise customers in the Philippines through their digital transformation journey. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering innovative Salesforce solutions in both Tagalog and English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enterprise organisations across various industries, conducting discovery sessions and workshops.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision‑makers, presenting custom solution concepts.
• Lead the end‑to‑end solution cycle, coordinating technical and business resources.
• Translate business objectives into actionable recommendations and business architecture.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering differentiated custom solutions and presentations to key decision‑makers.
• Strong communication skills in English; Tagalog fluency is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 25%‑50% of the time.
• Experience with design thinking, consulting methodologies, or enterprise architecture is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Understanding of cloud computing, SFA, service & support, marketing and mobile solutions.
• Familiarity with relational databases and web technologies.
• Ability to develop business cases/value engineering.
