Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the DevOps roadmap, aligning automation and integration strategies with business objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of advanced automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines with a focus on scalability, security, and resilience.
• Coach and mentor DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee integration architecture between tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Artifactory using Python and RESTful APIs.
• Identify emerging technologies and champion initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce time‑to‑market.
• Establish and enforce best‑practice standards for automation, testing, and deployment across global teams.
• Provide expert guidance on complex technical challenges to ensure operational stability.
• Collaborate with software development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver integrated, lean‑agile solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building CI/CD pipelines as code.
• Strong knowledge of software scanning applications and static analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
