Lead Data Analyst

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive data‑driven insights for its customers. You will work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, supporting professional services and customer success teams during EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry benchmarking studies and generate actionable insights.
• Develop customer‑specific analyses on performance trends, competitive positioning and account health.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, including data pipelines, automated reports and dashboards.
• Create capacity models for workload forecasting and resource planning.
• Integrate data from internal and third‑party APIs into unified datasets.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to clean, transform and analyze complex data.
• Apply AI tools to support research, analysis and process improvement while ensuring accuracy.
• Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success to turn ad‑hoc requests into repeatable analyses.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and document data sources and methodologies.
• Present insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, data science or analytics engineering.
• Strong English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work full‑time during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL.
• Python (or similar scripting language).
• Experience with APIs and data integration.
• Building/maintaining data pipelines and dashboards.
• Data cleaning, structuring and modeling of large datasets.
