Land Securement Team Lead & Officer Positions in Philippines

About the role

ACCIONA Energía is expanding its Land Securement team in the Philippines to support the development of wind and solar projects. We are hiring for several positions – Team Lead, Senior Officer, Officer and Assistant – across three project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate land acquisition activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Lead negotiations with landowners, government agencies and local communities.
• Conduct due‑diligence, prepare legal documentation and secure land rights.
• Support senior staff in stakeholder management and project reporting.
• Assist with field data collection, mapping and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Proven experience in land acquisition, negotiations or related fields.
• Familiarity with Philippine land laws and renewable‑energy project development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bulalacao (Mindoro), Daanbantayan (Cebu) or Kalayaan (Laguna).
