Land Securement Officer

About the role

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Land Securement Officer to join its Land Securement team in Kalayaan, Laguna, Philippines. The role focuses on acquiring, negotiating and securing land needed for renewable energy projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and positive community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land acquisition opportunities to expand project footprints.
• Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners and affected parties.
• Conduct due diligence on property documents, including titles, tax declarations and encumbrances.
• Manage Right‑of‑Way (ROW) processes and related documentation.
• Facilitate renewal and updating of permits, licenses and legal documents.
• Perform site inspections, collect and manage data, and support permitting compliance.
• Maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders and government agencies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience in land acquisition, due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation streams.
