Land Securement Assistant

About the role

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Land Securement Assistant to support its Land Securement team in Kalayaan, Laguna. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in the critical early stages of renewable energy project development, helping to acquire and secure land for wind and solar projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and reporting on affected properties, landowners, claimants, and tenants.
• Prepare and process documentation required for land acquisition, perpetual easements, and relocations.
• Coordinate payment requests for rentals, RCI, housing structures, and related claims.
• Liaise with Local Government Units and agencies (BIR, Registry of Deeds, LRA, DENR, DAR) for taxes, fees, titling, and registration.
• Support the preparation and execution of agreements and other legal documents.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with interest in renewable energy and land acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with government agencies and local stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in land securement.
