Knowledge Management Specialist

About the role

The Knowledge Management Specialist provides operational support for HR knowledge content, SharePoint, and AI‑enabled employee experiences while helping to build a robust knowledge architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Update content, build pages, apply tagging, metadata changes, conduct link checks and retire outdated material following established standards.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, navigation, and permissions; perform inventories and audits to identify duplication, gaps, and ownership issues.
• Execute Copilot and AI agent test cases, document results, and adjust content or configurations as approved.
• Review agent‑generated recommendations, validate accuracy, and apply approval and escalation rules before publishing.
• Monitor usage and quality data, prepare findings for senior architects and managers, and support intake coordination with HR content owners.

Required profile

• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining content in a global corporate environment; HR experience helpful but not required.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, including pages, libraries, permissions, navigation, and metadata.
• Understanding of content lifecycle management, findability, and basic information architecture principles.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.
