Key Accounts Specialist (Payments/Fintech)

About the role

The Key Accounts Specialist will manage strategic relationships with payment facilitators, wallet aggregators and merchants. You will act as the voice of the customer, driving growth opportunities while ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with C‑level stakeholders both internally and externally to discuss partnership opportunities.
• Deliver compelling presentations and data‑driven insights to partners.
• Build and sustain relationships with key payment ecosystem players.
• Advocate for customer needs and continuously generate new business opportunities.
• Provide expertise and guidance to partners, keeping them informed of the latest payments and acquiring trends.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including compliance, operations, and product—to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
• Ensure all policies and procedures align with corporate standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in key account management, fintech, e‑wallets or digital payments.
• Strong knowledge of the e‑wallet and payments ecosystem.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, account or partner management.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
