Key Accounts Specialist – Lead Generation & Relationship Builder

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Specialist to drive lead generation and build lasting relationships with corporate clients. The role focuses on expanding our presence within targeted industries and premium communities, leveraging networking opportunities to promote our corporate automotive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new corporate clients within designated industries and high‑value communities.
• Develop and nurture a network through golf, lifestyle, and corporate associations.
• Qualify leads against defined corporate client profiles.
• Present BMW corporate offerings, including volume discounts, fleet packages, and lifestyle perks.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to the Technical Specialist for proposal development and deal closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, real estate, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication to build rapport and trust.
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities to convey value propositions.
