About the role
The position is focused on managing and expanding relationships with key supermarket and modern‑trade accounts across Metro Manila. The specialist will drive sales growth, negotiate commercial deals and ensure high‑level customer service in collaboration with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned supermarket and modern‑trade accounts in Metro Manila.
- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial deals and provide tailored business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee excellent customer service and smooth account operations.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs and achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, key‑account management or business development.
- Experience handling modern‑trade or supermarket accounts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Results‑driven, customer‑focused and willing to travel within Metro Manila.
