Key Account Officer – Cebu Area

About the role

Organica is looking for a proactive Key Account Officer to drive growth of its key accounts in the Cebu and Bohol regions. You will manage relationships with pharmacy chains, modern trade outlets and distributors, execute promotions, and meet sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand assigned key accounts, including pharmacy chains, modern trade, and distributors.
• Drive product listings, new product introductions, and SKU expansion.
• Develop and execute joint business plans, promotions, and in‑store activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, financial results, and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and keep the customer database up to date.
• Track competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Achieve KPIs for revenue, profitability, service levels, and collection targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably handling pharmacy chains, modern trade or distributor accounts.
• Background in FMCG or consumer health is a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to manage multi‑location accounts in Cebu and Bohol.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets (Google Workspace).
