Key Account Manager – Services & Entertainment

About the role

The Key Account Manager (Services & Entertainment) will oversee a portfolio of brand accounts on the SM Malls Online platform. Reporting to the Category Manager, you will act as the primary liaison for merchant partners, ensuring smooth operations, accurate listings, and achievement of commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned brands and merchants, handling concerns, requests, and escalations within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding of new brands and support operational needs across relevant departments.
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy of images, descriptions, pricing, and SKU details.
• Monitor category GMV, conversion rates, and other commercial metrics; analyze performance reports and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
• Generate regular performance reports for the Category Manager, highlighting gaps and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in account management, e‑commerce operations, sales, or a related field.
• Graduate of a 4‑year degree program in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a comparable discipline.
