Key Account Manager – Retail Partnerships (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead our retail partnerships across the Philippines. In this role you will be the primary liaison between our company and retail partners, driving sales of smartphones, tablets, routers and accessories while building brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail partnerships in the Philippines to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Serve as the main contact between the client and retail partners.
• Meet sales targets and support product launches (smartphones, tablets, routers, accessories).
• Strengthen partnerships through sales strategies, marketing programs, and events.
• Monitor inventory, sales performance, forecasts, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with retail stores and teams on promotions, displays (POSM), and incentive programs.
• Track competitors, attend sales events, and prepare reports/presentations.
• Resolve partnership issues promptly and build brand presence in retail.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in telecommunications, mobile technology or a related industry.
• Experience in sales, business development and promoter/manpower management.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork.
