Key Account Manager – Luxury Travel B2B

About the role

ROLZO is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its commercial team. You will own a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts across luxury travel, hospitality, corporate travel, concierge, private aviation, events and lifestyle sectors, helping clients grow through the ROLZO platform.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and expand an assigned portfolio of B2B clients worldwide.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new strategic accounts across luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, private aviation, events and corporate travel.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Develop trusted relationships with decision‑makers and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience throughout the customer journey.
• Recommend solutions that maximise the value of the ROLZO platform.
• Drive account growth through cross‑selling, upselling and increased client engagement.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development, pricing and commercial strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and account plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Client Services, Marketing and Leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Represent ROLZO at trade shows, networking events and client meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management.
• Experience selling luxury services, travel technology, SaaS or related solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
