Key Account Manager

About the role

Rebisco is looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join its Customer Development Team. Based in Ortigas, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share across assigned key accounts in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts to achieve volume, market share, and sales targets.
• Plan and execute promotions, product introductions, assortment, shelf management and visibility standards.
• Collaborate with accounts to leverage brand programs and drive category growth.
• Optimize supply and demand, invest in high‑ROI initiatives, and control costs.
• Analyze sales data, forecast demand and prepare trade‑marketing plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of key‑account sales experience in a FMCG company.
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, supply‑chain basics and demand generation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas and conduct fieldwork.
