Key Account Manager

About the role

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI) is looking for a strategic Key Account Manager to own the full customer relationship for industrial clients. You will act as the bridge between our global manufacturing capabilities and local market needs, driving revenue growth and long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with IMI’s corporate roadmaps.
• Secure new business wins and expand existing partnerships within the industrial sector.
• Identify high‑potential, financially sound program opportunities that match IMI’s manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from discovery and RFQ solicitation to contract closure.
• Collaborate with Operations to select the optimal factory solution based on capacity and requirements.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support strategic technology roadmaps.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year program, preferably in Engineering, Sales or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong project‑management background to ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
