Key Account Manager – Excavators

About the role

As the Key Account Manager for Excavators at Sany Philippines, you will own and grow relationships with our most important excavator customers. Based in Surigao City with the possibility of remote work, you will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction across the excavator product line.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and develop relationships with key excavator accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major excavator deals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet each account’s unique needs.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to shape account strategies.
• Provide regular performance reports and pipeline updates to senior management.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives for the excavator product line.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
• Proven track record of growing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with excavators and the construction industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
