About the role
As the Key Account Manager for Excavators at Sany Philippines Inc., you will lead the management and growth of our most important excavator customers. Based in Surigao City with the possibility of remote work, you will be pivotal in driving sales and strengthening client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage and develop relationships with key excavator accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major excavator deals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet each account’s specific needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape account strategies and maximize performance.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline status, and forecasted sales.
- Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for the excavator product line.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
- Proven track record of growing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Familiarity with excavators and the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
