Junior Project Manager (Entry Level)

About the role

Sinag Solutions is seeking a full‑time Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of small‑ to medium‑sized enterprise architecture projects. This entry‑level role is ideal for fresh or recent graduates who are eager to develop project management expertise in an IT consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client needs.
• Create detailed critical‑path schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Establish and maintain a communication schedule to keep stakeholders informed.
• Review work quality and deliverables regularly to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Plan, track, and report on the performance of multiple ongoing projects.
• Support senior managers in achieving project objectives and managing risks.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and support stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare high‑quality reports with metrics tailored to stakeholder requirements.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management (or relevant academic projects).
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
