Front-End Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Front-End Developer to join the engineering team at Workforce Optimizer (WFO), an AI‑powered workforce management and scheduling platform used by large organisations. In this role you will collaborate with product, UX, backend and QA teams to translate business requirements into high‑quality, maintainable web interfaces that modernise and accelerate our web UI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive enterprise web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Implement reusable UI components and design‑system patterns to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Integrate front‑end features with RESTful APIs and optimise performance for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers and backend engineers to deliver features that meet customer needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement of front‑end code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on front‑end development experience, preferably on complex SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of component‑based architecture, state management and browser compatibility.
• Attention to UX, usability and design fidelity.
