Junior Project Manager – Enterprise Data Platform

About the role

The Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of an Enterprise Data Platform, ensuring that all project activities—from discovery through hand‑over—are tracked and executed in line with the statement of work and governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated project plan, milestone tracker, deliverables register and action‑item log, monitoring dependencies across business, IT and platform teams.
• Track planned versus actual progress, flagging delays, risks and blockers.
• Manage a comprehensive deliverables tracker covering functional and technical specifications, design documents, test reports, training materials and hand‑over artefacts, coordinating review cycles and sign‑offs.
• Maintain RAID logs, monitor dependency completion, and support change control by documenting scope deviations and change requests.
• Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking test case preparation, execution, defect triage and sign‑off, and maintaining defect logs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management, preferably on IT, data, analytics, banking or enterprise platform projects.
• Strong ability to track project activities, produce documentation and follow up with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project governance artefacts such as RAID logs, action logs and status reports.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) or data platform delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
