Junior Project Coordinator

About the role

Join Aggreko in BGC, Taguig as a Junior Project Coordinator supporting the delivery of heating, cooling and power projects across diverse sectors. You will work closely with Project Coordinators, Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth administration, procurement and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, registers and trackers; prepare agendas, minutes and action logs.
• Assist with procurement by creating purchase requisitions, tracking orders and supporting invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities, workforce onboarding and site access requests.
• Update schedules, dashboards and reports in Smartsheet, ERP, CRM and other systems.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ERP or CRM systems (advantageous).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
