About the role

The Junior Phone Banking Specialist provides front‑line support to banking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, SMS and popular messaging apps. Working within defined guidelines, the specialist evaluates client inquiries, resolves issues and ensures a positive banking experience.

Key responsibilities

Receive, investigate and resolve client inquiries, requests, feedback and complaints via phone, email, SMS, Viber, Messenger and other online tools.
Make decisions within set parameters and guidelines to deliver appropriate solutions.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal bank teams to address complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

Graduate of a four‑year college program.
Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
Effective communication skills, preferably in English, with the ability to adapt to the client’s language.
Willingness to work a schedule that may include weekends, holidays and night shifts.
Residence in Quezon City or nearby towns/cities.
