About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Ecommerce Manager to join our team remotely. In this role you will support our ecommerce retail accounts, ensuring smooth order processing and accurate inventory management while contributing to the overall performance of our online stores.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing for ecommerce retail accounts.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities.
- Set up new products in the online catalogue, including descriptions and pricing.
- Monitor performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
