Junior Cybersecurity Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to support our Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) program. You will work closely with senior security professionals to implement and continuously improve our security framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and improvement of the organization’s Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework based on NIST, ISO 27001 and other standards.
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments, control reviews, gap analyses, maintain risk registers and monitor remediation plans.
• Assist in developing and maintaining information security policies, monitor regulatory compliance, and provide documentation for internal and external audits.
• Track security incidents, coordinate post‑incident reviews, monitor corrective actions and ensure proper reporting.
• Prepare GRC dashboards, KPIs/KRIs, governance reports and collaborate with business units and third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
• Professional, confident and able to facilitate training sessions.
• Background in IT compliance, risk assessment, and IT audit is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards.
