Junior Brand Designer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing children’s apparel startup looking for a versatile Junior Brand Designer to shape the visual identity of our premium pajama line. This part‑time, remote position blends creative textile pattern work with brand‑focused design across packaging, marketing, and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create original textile prints and surface patterns for children’s pajamas, following mood boards and creative direction.
• Adjust print scale, icon sizing, colors, and placement for production readiness; apply artwork to tech packs and garment layouts.
• Ensure accurate Pantone color matching and consistency across all designs.
• Design packaging layouts, stickers, inserts, flyers, and other branded collateral.
• Develop email templates, social media graphics, and visual content for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate directly with the founders, revise designs based on feedback, and manage multiple creative tasks independently.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated experience in textile or surface‑pattern design with a relevant portfolio.
• Solid understanding of Pantone color matching and print production standards.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
