Junior Branch Ambassador

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Branch Ambassador to champion digital banking adoption while delivering exceptional customer service at our Cebu branch. The ideal candidate thrives in a client‑facing environment, enjoys guiding customers to digital platforms, and supports efficient branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote UnionBank’s digital solutions, including UBOnline App, The Portal, SME Business Banking App, and Digital Transaction Portal.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with transactions, handling inquiries, feedback, and concerns within standard turnaround times.
• Process transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer potential clients to Relationship Managers.
• Maintain operational accuracy, proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to confidentiality policies (RA 1405).
