About the role
The Junior Auditor position is open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to three years of experience. The role involves working closely with partners, senior auditors, and clients, gaining exposure to a range of services from bookkeeping to audit. The role provides exposure to the company's diverse service offerings, including bookkeeping and full‑scope audits, allowing the junior auditor to develop a broad skill set.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to assess audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting needs.
- Conduct audit fieldwork on assigned accounts following the work program.
- Prepare working papers, management letters, draft audit reports, and other audit correspondence.
- Assist in submitting audit reports to clients and government agencies.
- Support senior auditors in various engagements and perform other related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Knowledge of taxation, accounting, and finance.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Positive and proactive personality.
