Junior Architectural Design Technician

About the role

WSP is looking for a Junior Architectural Design Technician to support the production of working drawings and design documentation for a variety of building projects. You will work closely with project leads and the wider architectural team to deliver high‑quality design outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce full working documentation using Revit, adhering to project briefs and client requirements.
• Assist in creating presentation materials, 3D models and image‑manipulated graphics for client meetings.
• Generate construction documentation, technical reports, charts and diagrams to support proposals and marketing.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks related to assigned projects and respond to additional client service requests.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in architecture, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience producing design documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Client‑centric attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Revit.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD.
