Junior Architect – AutoCAD & Revit

About the role
NP Designs Philippines is looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join its Alabang office. The role focuses on producing detailed architectural design development using AutoCAD and Revit while collaborating closely with project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, design plans, and technical documentation.
- Develop 3‑D models and construction documents in Revit.
- Assist in creating bills of quantities (BOQ) and take‑off schedules.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural solutions.
- Support project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3‑5 years of experience in design and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with international building codes; Saudi Building Code is a plus.
