Junior Accountant – Full Set Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our growing regional team. You will act as a key point of contact for a wide range of clients and colleagues, handling full‑set accounting and supporting day‑to‑day financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, PL, BS) and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare tax invoices, statements of account, and maintain client agreements in the online database.
• Monitor AR collections, follow up overdue accounts, and assist in cash‑flow preparation.
• Process AP payments, reconcile accounts, and produce daily AP and monthly aging reports.
• Liaise with banks, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and submit GST filings.
• Maintain fixed‑asset schedules, depreciation, and Excel listings of pre‑payments and advances.
• Reconcile inter‑company transactions according to the entity structure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or client‑service environment.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines while working independently or in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Familiarity with DocuSign.
• Knowledge of Xero (advantage).
