IT Systems Support Engineer (Alabang)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems Support Engineer to manage desktop and infrastructure support for our Alabang site. The role involves handling inventory, troubleshooting tickets, and ensuring smooth operation of voice and data services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT inventory and asset records for the Alabang region.
• Receive, prioritize and resolve trouble tickets via the Remedy ticketing system.
• Perform installation, relocation, repair and preventive maintenance of desktops, laptops and handheld devices.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes to reduce recurring issues.
• Lead site‑level hardware rollouts, application deployments and client‑specific ramp activities.
• Support corporate IT with voice and data infrastructure, including VOIP systems.
• Analyze workload of regional PC technicians and ensure quality of support delivery.
• Develop and maintain site‑level standard operating procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience or equivalent education/certifications.
• A+ certification (advantageous), MCDST desired, MCSE highly desirable.
• Experience in a fast‑paced call‑center environment using VOIP technology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients at all levels.
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts, overtime, on‑call duties and travel to different locations.
