IT Systems Support Administrator

About the role

The IT Systems Support Administrator ensures the stability, availability, and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure while delivering reliable first‑ and second‑level technical support to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software, networking, printers, peripherals, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and remote‑access issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and enforce Group Policies.
• Assist with LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, switch, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and Ubiquiti UniFi network administration.
• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and keep accurate asset inventory.
• Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify process improvements and participate in IT projects and after‑hours emergency support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in IT help‑desk support and systems administration.
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
