About the role
Join Outsourcey as an IT Support Specialist focused on retail operations. You will provide remote and onsite technical assistance to ensure smooth functioning of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, ERP platforms and related retail infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor support channels (email, Salesforce, internal ticketing) and respond to incoming IT issues.
- Troubleshoot POS hardware, software and basic network problems remotely.
- Assist retail stores with system outages, hardware failures and user access issues.
- Maintain and clean data in the ERP system (e.g., Pronto) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff or external providers.
- Perform user account setup, access management and routine system checks.
Required profile
- Experience in an IT support or help‑desk environment.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially for remote support.
- Familiarity with retail POS environments (preferred).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and cover weekend shifts.
Required skills
