About the role
We are seeking a technical support expert to provide IT assistance for our BPO, call center, and debt collection infrastructure. The position is full‑time and based on‑site in Mandaluyong City, offering the chance to work in a modern workplace environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for the organization’s BPO and call‑center systems.
- Assist in maintaining and resolving issues related to debt‑collection infrastructure.
