IT Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for an IT Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across its offices. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving the performance of hardware, software, networks, and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, and network issues.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, IP Telephony, and firewall systems.
• Provide technical support for servers, POS terminals, telephones, and other computing platforms.
• Organize workstations, manage cable routing, and install/configure hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor system performance, conduct monthly IT audits, and apply updates and patches.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and office supplies inventory.
• Liaise with vendors, obtain multiple quotes, and coordinate equipment repairs.
• Answer support calls, assist users in person or remotely, and keep IT records up to date.
• Visit branch locations to check computers and CCTV, back up footage monthly, and safeguard backup files.
• Cover reception duties when needed and perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Relevant experience, especially with POS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT‑related field.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work in Pasig City.
