IT Governance Administrator

About the role

The IT Governance Administrator will support the development and ongoing management of the GTS Target Operating Model (TOM). You will help ensure clear, consistent ways of working across GTS practices, defining purpose, ownership, policies, processes and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for operational and project activities across GTS.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance forums, preparing agendas, capturing notes and tracking actions.
• Produce status updates, reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Maintain version‑controlled documentation and ensure it is accessible to relevant parties.
• Track milestones, deliverables and dependencies, escalating gaps to project leads as needed.

Required profile

• ITIL certification or experience working in ITIL environments.
• Experience in administrative, project administration, PMO or similar roles within technology or transformation settings.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail in document management.
• Proactive, dependable and comfortable working in a changing environment.
