IT Applications Analyst

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is hiring an IT Applications Analyst in Pasig. As an Applications Analyst, you will plan, implement and document every aspect of the project you are assigned, coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors so that projects run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements, including scoping, discovery meetings and work estimation, and develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create a detailed project plan to track progress and use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance with appropriate systems, tools and techniques, and report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, and build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents and project status.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, benchmarking and participation in professional societies.

Required profile

• Proven working experience of more than 5 years as an Applications Analyst in IT.
• Solid technical background with working knowledge or hands-on experience of Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting the Financials, Procurement and Projects modules.
• Experience in industries such as finance, manufacturing, distribution and BPO.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
