Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication assets such as newsletters, campaign content, leadership messages, and employee updates.
• Maintain and update content on internal platforms, including SharePoint and social engagement tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure messaging supports organizational goals.
• Measure communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to boost engagement.
• Manage communication calendars to guarantee timely delivery of all materials.
• Create scalable templates, frameworks, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Ensure a consistent voice, tone, and branding across all channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate, business, or internal communications.
• Proven ability to simplify complex information through strong writing and storytelling.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
