Insurance Coordinator – P&C Insurance

About the role

The Insurance Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end insurance renewal process for property and casualty policies. This remote position supports client communication, documentation, and coordination with carriers and brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Track renewals from start to finish, ensuring timely review, update, and renewal of accounts.
• Manage shared and individual inboxes, responding promptly to client and team inquiries and escalating urgent issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the renewal cycle, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Communicate with carriers and brokers to obtain quotes, clarify terms, and ensure accurate policy documentation.
• Prepare renewal applications, send for e‑signature, track completion, and maintain proper records.
• Maintain organized records, manage document retention, and log tasks in the CRM or agency management system.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism in client and partner interactions.
• Understanding of renewal workflows and ability to follow established processes independently.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with AMS360, HubSpot, or similar CRM/agency management systems
