Inside Sales Representative - AU Market

About the role

RingCentral is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow its portfolio of existing SOHO and small business customers in Australia. The role builds strong customer relationships, supports renewals and account health, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and uses AI-powered tools to support day-to-day account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing SOHO and small business accounts, including renewals, plan changes and account health
• Monitor account health, identify churn risks and drive retention strategies
• Handle renewal negotiations and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage
• Use AI tools, call summaries and CRM capabilities to prepare for customer conversations and keep accurate records
• Partner with Support, Billing and Product teams to resolve escalations and meet retention, NRR and upsell targets

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals or inside sales, preferably in SaaS, telecom or B2B technology
• Experience managing customer accounts, retention and post-sales relationships
• Experience identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base
• Desired: energetic, results-oriented, able to meet targets and execute initiatives
• Desired: willing to work an Australia-aligned morning shift and a hybrid setup of 10-11 days per month in Cubao or Ortigas
