Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance to end‑users and keep daily IT operations running smoothly at our Taguig office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hardware and software support to end‑users.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems.
• Manage user accounts, process access requests and apply basic security controls.
• Escalate complex issues to the Infrastructure & Operations Lead.
• Assist with asset inventory and keep documentation up to date.
• Support employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in providing frontline technical support.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with IT teams.
• Good communication skills for interacting with end‑users.
