In-House Recruiter – Remote Talent Acquisition

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for an In‑House Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its U.S. clients. You will source, screen, and place remote professionals, helping both companies and candidates build lasting, meaningful careers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct video interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools and keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Communicate updates to internal teams and flag any delays or blockers.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter with a proven ability to assess candidates beyond their resumes.
• Familiarity with creative sourcing techniques, especially on LinkedIn.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional conversations with candidates and teammates.
