Hydrogeologist Consultant

About the role

Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking a Hydrogeologist Consultant to lead groundwater exploration, assessment and sustainability initiatives for its clean water and renewable energy projects. You will conduct hydrogeological studies, analyse water‑resource data and ensure that water management practices are both sustainable and compliant with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct groundwater exploration, assessment and resource evaluation.
• Perform hydrogeological investigations, including site assessments, drilling supervision and aquifer testing.
• Analyze and interpret hydrogeological and environmental data.
• Develop sustainable groundwater management and extraction plans.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and water‑resource standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on water‑related projects.
• Monitor groundwater conditions and recommend mitigation or improvement measures.
• Support project development for water supply, wastewater and solar initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Water Resource Engineering, Hydrogeology or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in groundwater exploration and sustainability studies.
• Proven track record as a Hydrogeology Consultant or practitioner.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental and water regulations.
• Advanced analytical, technical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in water‑resource, wastewater or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
